Best location, excellent service with every single member of their team, would give it a 7 star. The inside was spotless, beds were comfortable, bathrooms worked great, AC did not break down. Staff was very responsive within minutes. Kudos to the team, you are doing an amazing job, we’ll definitely recommend you in the future and will definitely save you as my future stays in Milan. We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Milan! Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was spotless, very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. You can tell that a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into every aspect of the place. The location was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the facilities were great, and everything was well organized. The host was friendly, helpful, and communication was easy throughout our stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding experience with Milan Heart Apartments! We stayed from March 10–19, traveling from the United States as a family of six, and everything exceeded expectations. The apartment at Via delle Asole 2 (Apt #5B) was spotless, spacious, and perfectly equipped with a full kitchen and laundry—everything worked flawlessly and it comfortably accommodated all of us. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Duomo, metro, and great shopping. It was the perfect home base for exploring Milan and taking day trips around Northern Italy. What truly made this stay exceptional was the service. From the day we booked until the day we left, the team was incredibly attentive and proactive. They arranged our airport transfers from MXP, coordinated taxis around Milan, and even helped organize transportation to Switzerland. While in Milan, we communicated via WhatsApp and always received responses within minutes. That level of responsiveness and care made our trip completely stress-free. Because of the staff, I honestly cannot imagine this trip going any more smoothly. Thank you for helping make this a perfect family vacation—we highly recommend Milan Heart Apartments and will absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is lovely, very comfortable, 15 minutes from the Duomo by leisurely walk. Everything was very clean, equipped with everything we needed. The apartment in my opinion is really new, electrical appliances: oven, microwave, refrigerator, even a washing machine that also dries. Towels in abundance, they offered us cleaning but we didn’t need it. The company itself is very service-oriented, they checked several times if we needed anything. Recommended
