The evening starts with a welcome aperitivo and freshly made piadina, to slip into the informal, homey vibe of your host, Simone: cook, musician, and passionate lover of traditional cuisine. Then it’s time for action: you’ll make fresh egg pasta, just like in Italian homes, but with a unique twist — every stage of kneading, rolling, and cutting is paired with rock songs that guide the rhythm of your work. Simone will follow you step by step, sharing tips, family secrets, and plenty of laughs. No experience is needed: it’s a moment to have fun, meet people, and enjoy Italian cooking in a spontaneous and authentic way. At the end, we all sit down together to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared: cappelletti and tagliatelle dressed with traditional sauces and served with good Italian wine.
