Join us for a tasting of 4 fine rums (Velier selection) paired with 6 Grand Cru chocolates at Enrico Rizzi's Chocolate Factory in via GianGiacomo Mora 18 in Milan, just a stone's throw from the Colonne di San Lorenzo. The experience includes a brief overview of the chocolate production method, accompanied by a tasting of two of the rarest chocolates in the world: Chauo and Porcelana, both from Venezuela. Next, you'll get a quick rundown on how rum is made and the key differences between the various types. This is followed by a tasting of 4 rums, from the most 'traditional' to the most daring, each paired with the chocolate that best complements its specific aromatic notes. The Rum and Chocolate tasting takes place every other Wednesday at 8:30 pm and doesn't include a visit to the Chocolate Factory.Includes
