Description

The Riccardo Muti Italian Opera Academy is a training program for young musicians led by Maestro Riccardo Muti, dedicated this year to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Don Giovanni. From November 20 to 26, rehearsals open to the public and led by the Maestro will take place, in which young conductors and assistant conductors will lead and accompany the orchestra, choir, and singers in the performance of the opera. By attending this exclusive behind-the-scenes event, the audience will have the opportunity to discover the working method of the Maestro, who has been conducting the world's most prestigious orchestras for over fifty years, from Vienna to Chicago, New York to Berlin. Through the Academy, the Maestro shares the entire creative process with the audience and students: from the first piano rehearsals, through the analysis of the score, to the preparation of the final performance with orchestra and singers.

• Rehearsals last 2 hours and 30 minutes. Access to the auditorium is not permitted once the concert or rehearsal has begun. Photography and audio and video recording are prohibited during all events. As part of the audience, ticket holders consent to and authorize any audio, video, internet, and photographic recordings (as well as any other form of recording and/or dissemination), granting full release for any use.
