• The day before the visit you will receive the electronic entrance ticket via email, in pdf format, which you must have to enter the museum Each individual visitor must have their own ticket on their phone, or on another electronic device. The procedure will be as follows: 1) each individual visitor, even if part of an organized group, must show up at the Ticket Office to have their name verified with their electronic ticket and their identity document. 2) each individual visitor must present their ticket again, which will be checked at the entrance a second time. If the check is positive, the visitor will be able to enter. The ticket will be sent to your email within the day before.
