• You'll be traveling on your own for both the outbound and return trips. Please arrive 10 minutes before the departure time at the indicated meeting point. The meeting point in Turin is in Piazza CLN at the fountain of the Po river (statue of a man): the guide will have a yellow sign with 'TOUR' written on it. At 3:30 pm, the Italo train will take you back to Milan from Turin Porta Nuova station. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes. A staff member will contact you the day before the experience to confirm all the details. If you're late, we can't guarantee you'll be able to join, and there's no refund. We're sorry to inform you that this tour isn't suitable for people in wheelchairs or with severe mobility difficulties. No refunds will be given for train delays. In the event of a strike, we'll do our best to find out promptly, notify you, and consider an alternative together.
