Enjoy an unforgettable experience aboard the Bernina Express, amid breathtaking Alpine landscapes, frozen lakes, and spectacular viaducts. Depart by bus in the morning for Tirano, where the approximately 2.5-hour panoramic journey to St. Moritz, an elegant and refined Swiss gem, begins. Free time to explore the city before returning. IMPORTANT NOTE: *Many of you ask if the carriage has a panoramic view? -> The carriage is second class, NOT first class panoramic. What's the difference? ** Second class (ours) --> Panoramic windows that open, allowing you to breathe in the mountain air. You can lean out the window to take all your 'Instagrammable photos' (example: 2nd photo gallery) ** First class (costs more) --> Slightly larger windows, but they DO NOT open. You'll be seated the entire trip, taking photos behind a window. If the sun reflects on the windows, the photos will come out blurry and NOT a great memory. (not recommended) --> Bottom line: second class is 100% better!!
