Just a short ....5 minutes maybe? To the milano centrale. You can shop, eat in many restaurants and take different trains to everywhere. The hotel was clean, the room was just perfect for sleeping, a bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower sink and counter top stocked with towels, some bathroom paper and lotion and soap, body wash and shampoo. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Just bring face wash, and conditioner and maybe a small fan. Although air-conditioned it was quite warm. They do daily room cleaning for you. If you dont want it just tell them. They'll give you extra towels bathroom paper. Just extremely nice! Within walking distance of the famous Cathedral and the Galleria where all your famous fashion designers are plus another a separate area close by with lots of lower end stores and restaurants.
I had a good stay at 43 Station Hotel in July. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Milano Centrale Station, which made getting around Milan and catching my train very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The room seems within another building where you need to take another lift. The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Breakfast had a decent selection and was enjoyable. They expain about the available breakfast there. There is still some room for improvement, such as adding more in-room amenities and paying a little more attention to maintenance. Overall, it’s a good value hotel in a great location, and I would happily stay here again. I’d say it’s reasonable for RM570 a night, but not a bargain consider it is with breakfast, airconditioning room and in a prime location.
We got a family room for 4 for one night, but it was not that clean and the toilet wouldn't stop running after flushing. Very disappointing, rooms are nothing like the photos. We complained to the front desk, and they were sold out of rooms, but they said they had a one-bedroom apartment in the next building. Thankfully the apartment was much better and cleaner, so we switched rooms. Very much appreciated moving us to the cleaner apartment, and the lady at the front desk was wonderful. But would not recommend this hotel. Our other family stayed at Numa hotel on the other side of the train station and got a family suite and it was gorgeous.
The hotel is good for its category. It’s a little far from Milan Station, but the walk is worth it. The receptionist I met was excellent — very helpful, polite, well‑mannered, and accommodating. The hotel offers a good breakfast. The room I stayed in was clean, with comfortable bedding and a spotless bathroom with a nice standing shower. The sink was clogged, but the receptionist provided a drain opener, which solved the issue. I would stay here again.
