⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the highlights of my trip to Milan. The spa is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It also smells sooooo good. The thermal pools and outdoor areas were peaceful and never overcrowded, making it easy to unwind. My massage was excellent—professional, relaxing, and just what I needed after international travel. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The lunch that was served was healthy and delicious. A luxurious, tranquil experience worth every minute.

Thorougly underwhelmed, especially seeing the price.... the ambiance and decor outside is great. Thats about it. Because yes, its great to get a robe. But mine was stained and ripped. There are no real changing rooms, so you change in the locker rooms, where the door opens into the hallway. The 30-Minute apperitivo is a great idea, but the quality of the food is pretty low and you feel rushed. There are mainly saunas, so if that's not your thing (my case) you are left with few options. The outside pools are pretty small too.

It’s main selling point is the birthday entry discount which is excellent. The spa is absolutely worth going to if you can use said discount but I personally would not pay the usual rates for this spa. The facilities are okay and pretty basic when it comes to spas. The food offering isn’t amazing either considering one is in central Milan. There is a McDonalds just outside though if that is more up your street! All in all, worth doing if you want a restful day in Milan but don’t except it to blow your mind away.

We stayed in the QC Milano hotel, great value for money and spa came included too! Our slot was 6-11pm. Lovely welcome, gorgeous grounds and facilities. You are provided a robe and jelly sliders to wear which is perfect as the floors do get quite slippy! 2 outdoor pools, both warm and lovely to catch the sun and bubbles in. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool for sitting too. Lots of different rooms to visit, saunas, steam rooms, experiences etc. It was busy but not too overcrowded. Complementary snacks & 2 drinks was a lovely touch also, broke up our experience in the middle. Lots of reviews mention influencers, we didn’t actually notice many phones! Signs suggesting digital detox and no pockets in robes have maybe deterred people. Very couple friendly location… lots of heavy petting! Overall highly recommend, friendly staff, lots to do- and lots of quiet relaxing zones which were great too

Overall I was pretty underwhelmed by my QC Terme Milano experience. I was expecting a relaxing spa but found this was not at all the case. The spa was far too crowded to be relaxing and not at all quiet. In terms of the facilities themselves, the rooms and range of options was good, however the changing rooms left a lot to be desired as they were really crowded and no room to sit down. The saunas were not very hot, even the hottest one wasn’t at 80 degrees. The aperitivo was fine, it did feel a bit rushed at 30 minutes, but I can understand why they limit the time. The bathrobes and towels could do with being replaced - they are all looking a bit worse for wear. I am unlikely to visit again if I am looking for a relaxing spa which is a shame as the grounds are absolutely beautiful.
