As others have said, this place is truly a gem tucked away on a side street in the heart of Milan not more than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our most gracious host, Sean who assisted us to our room. He made our stay there memorable! The room was charming, stylish , quiet and very comfortable. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Sean, the friendly and knowledgeable host. He expertly showed me around, helped with my luggage and checked me into my room. The stay was fantastic. The room was immaculately clean and the attentive housekeeper ensured my comfort every morning. The bathroom was stocked with luxurious Diptyque products. The communal area was always brimming with refreshments including coffee, biscuits, juice, ice tea, water and beers. Everything I needed was just a short walk away from the Duomo. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Crossing and will definitely return. It was the highlight of my trip to Milan.
Fantastic boutique hotel rooms in heart of Milan. I come to Milan a lot and this is the best place I have stayed. Super responsive and helpful staff (thank you Sean and the team). Rooms immaculate and very well equipped. I will definitely come back and cannot recommend enough.
Our stay at Crossing Manzoni was truly exceptional. This elegant boutique hotel is a hidden gem, tucked away in a charming Italian quarter in the heart of Milan, set within a beautiful yellow building full of character. With only six rooms, the hotel offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. We were delighted to find a wonderful bottle of red wine and delicious sweets waiting for us in our room, it was a thoughtful touch that perfectly reflected the hotel’s hospitality. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully maintained, and feel fresh and new in every detail. The entire experience combines comfort, elegance, and a sense of calm that is rare to find in such a central location, 2 minutes walk to via Montenapoleone and a 5-10 minute walk to Duomo. This is a great place to stay in Milan! We stayed here as the first stop on our honeymoon and what a great idea it was. The accommodation was very elegant, the location was ideal, taking just a few minutes to get to the big attractions such as the Cathedral. The team were very friendly and helpful too, would definitely recommend staying here. Also, we noticed it was very peaceful even though we were in the heart of a bustling city - something that was much appreciated after a late flight!
