Such an amazing stay! -Great location close to metro stops, trams and train station -Good restaurants close by -All of the staff were so friendly and helpful -Free food and drinks all day and night! (Lunch and aperitivo buffet, snack bar, mini bar in room) -Terrace which is lovely in the summer to have a wine outside before heading to dinner -Gym available, however, I didn’t have time to use this -My only downfall was the soundproofing from other rooms, I was woken up by hearing a door slam a couple of times Overall I would still rate the property 5/5 for the experience
PLEASE JUST CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. I stayed in Milan for 2 weeks and stayed 5 of those nights here. NOTHING BEATS THE PRICE. Besides free snacks and drinks as well as free lunch and aperitivos THE STAFF IS WHAT MAKES THIS PLACES AMAZING. EVERYONE FROM THE CLEANER TO THE WAITERS TO THE GREETERS. Literally everyone was amazing, the air conditioning was blasting on cold, the showers were great, the ambiance was amazing. Literally everything was perfect. It’s a smaller hotel so you get to know the staff very well. They have a customer for life from me
While the hotel isn't located directly in the city center, it’s incredibly convenient with a metro station just a short walk away. The property features a beautifully designed, contemporary lobby and the rooms are exceptionally cozy, modern, and stylishly decorated. The staff is wonderfully welcoming, and a huge highlight is that snacks, drinks, and minibar items are fully included in the price. Breakfast is good, though expanding the selection a bit would make it even better. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hospitable stay! 🚇🛎️
Service was top notch! Immediately on arrival, we were offered complimentary refreshments (great after travel), and our bags were taken to our room while we checked in. Staff were very kind and helpful for everything we needed. Honestly, one of the most kind hotel staff I’ve been around from the moment we arrived to leaving. They offer complimentary buffet at lunch and dinner. The room itself was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Good location to get around easily. Really nothing but positive things to say about our stay and highly recommend!
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Great value for money. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. And great location. I was a little intimidated/ concerned when I saw the hotel from outside and the entrance area but it turned out to be great. The hotel starts from level 4 or 5. The service is great and staff are cheerful. The main lobby and dining area have the cheerful co-working space vibe. The neighborhood is really nice too, with lots of restaurants and shops within a 5-minute walk. The part that surprised me the most was all the free food and drinks. The reception area is well stocked with free food, drinks (soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee) 24x7. The room rate included complimentary lunch buffet (12 noon to 5 pm) and dinner (from 5-10 pm). The room also had free snacks and drinks.
