Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Milan. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The concierge was especially helpful, providing excellent recommendations. We also loved spending time in the hotel bar and lobby area. It had a beautiful atmosphere and it was so special spending time with all the guests watching the World cup games together. The location was another major highlight. The hotel is in a very convenient area, just a short walk from the Duomo, making it easy to explore Milan's main attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.
I had a very pleasant stay at Rosa Grand Hotel. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable, and the room service was excellent throughout my stay. I had a small issue with the coffee machine in my room, but the maintenance team responded immediately and fixed it quickly, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was good, although the Check in took quite a long time to be served. There were also long queues, especially at checkout. I think the hotel would benefit from having more than three checkout counters to reduce waiting times. The only other area for improvement is the concierge service. While professional, a warmer attitude and a smile would make guests feel more welcome. Overall, I had a great experience. The staff were helpful, the rooms were spotless, and I would happily stay here again.
Hands down, this was one of the best hotel stays we've ever had. The staff was wonderful from start to finish and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. We especially loved the turndown service, and the room upgrade was such a thoughtful surprise and greatly appreciated. Every detail contributed to a memorable experience for our family. I recently visited this restaurant and I really enjoyed my time there, especially at the bar area. The place looks even nicer now with the new furniture everything feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Zina. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and always smiling. Her service was excellent she made sure everything was perfect and made us feel very comfortable. You can truly tell when someone enjoys their job, and Zina definitely does. Because of her great service, I would happily come back again, especially when she is serving. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!
