We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for us. A large comfortable room with plenty of space for the kids, very close to the center to enjoy a walk and very friendly service. If ever in Milan again, will stay there for sure!
If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, this is a great choice. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk from the Duomo and the main shopping area. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We had a wonderful stay.
These suites were of a good size and within a reasonable short walk to the Duomo. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning did not work at all. Despite turning it to the coolest setting our room temperature did not budge from 26.5 degrees making for an uncomfortable night of sleep. This wouldn’t be an issue for cooler months though. The staff were helpful and friendly. And there is parking organised at a nearby garage, about 5 minutes away from the hotel..
Perfect place to stay when visiting Milan. Close to all the major attractions yet quiet and tucked away. Everything within walking distance with the metro and trams easily accessible for those who want to explore elsewhere.
I have stayed at this hotel twice, most recently just a few days ago, and it is truly a wonderful place. The location is excellent, right in the center of Milan, and the staff are exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. One small note: there is a noticeable scent throughout the hotel, including in the rooms and common areas. I would recommend changing the fragrances throughout the hotel to enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly return.
