Excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is also impressively quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Milan.
Valentina was exceptional, after a hectic travel day with my mom that’s battling cancer, how her and the team was so welcoming and helpful calmed my spirit. I thank God for having her there to check us in and to help us . The overall team and everyone we came in contact with was top notch but Valentina, please ensure she never leaves , you need someone like that with her energy, empathy and care to great your guests. This hotel was the best we’ve stayed at in the 2 countries and 5 cities we’ve visited. Bravo to you and your team
Great hotel with very spacious and beautiful rooms. Wonderful service from front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping. 5 to 12 minute walk away from public transportation. Restaurant on site as well as nearby options within walking distance. Delicious breakfast and lots of amenities.
My room was very spacious and clean! The furniture and the set up of the room was so comfortable! The bathroom was really spacious along with a wonderful toilet, bidet and overhead shower (with a separate versatile showed head). The staff were unbelievably helpful and responsive from the very first minutes of my stay. The pillows maybe should’ve been a bit better. They were lacking firmness but still comfortable. So many great things to say about my room and about the stay. I can’t imagine ANYONE regretting trusting their vacation with this hotel.
This is a lovely place to stay. Really easy to get in and out of central Milan from. Generally great value for money. The staff are all so lovely. The rooms are incredible for the price - we booked it as a budget-ish stay, and our amazement when we entered such a huge room! Bed was very comfy, the bathroom is beautiful. For the price this is above and beyond what we expected. And I’m thrilled to have found out they have other hotels which we will check out if we’re visiting those cities!
