The hotel is very nice. The beds of the rooms are too comfortable and the bathroom is ,in my opinion cleaner than other hotels. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was polite and kind . I recommend the hotel markoni .
A lovely hotel in many ways, marble and attractive wood. An ample breakfast. Room somewhat small. Perfect location, just a few minute walk to the main train station. However, room 206 had an overhead shower head that didn’t work and the wi-fi signal was so weak as to be useless. The first elevator has a screening it, perhaps better to call it a scream since it displayed an advertisement for the hotel at a screaming high volume. The are other elevators past the irritating one. We’ll look for another hotel next time.
Hotel in general, is great cost-benefit option! Near central station yet few minutes walk to metro and after three stations you are at Duomo! Service is good. Nice breakfast but same every day, something to change in the future I hope. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day! New sets of towels, bed always arranged, really good stuff! Rooms looks 'old' yet that is the style of the room and we did really like it! Only band thing was that in our time of travel, it was quite hot in Milano and fresh air could not get in our room whatever we do, AC did not work and throught all day and night, it was very hot in the room. 4 stars because of that. There is rooftop terrace bar but it was closed. Generally speaking, we would get back to Marconi.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. Our flight got in early and our room wasn't ready so they kept our luggage safe until the room was ready. The bar staff was amazing and so nice, the front desk clerks were helpful in finding us places to explore. Definitely will go back when given another opportunity.
