Exceptional service, the guys at the reception were very welcoming and spoke fluent English to us, which is quite difficult to find in Italy. Rooms very nice too, and the room was air conditioned during the time we were out, so returning to a cooled place makes it way more relaxing especially in summer times. Only obviously minor thing that was odd is that there were no slippers.
An excellent hotel! Everything was spotless, well maintained, and the location couldn’t have been better. With a metro station right outside the entrance, you can reach any part of Milan in just a few minutes. A special thanks to Sarah and Alexis at the front desk, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Milan. Highly recommended!
I was here for work and this was booked by my boss. She clearly has good taste. All the staff were so accommodating. I was afraid that maybe at €20 the breakfast might be a bit overpriced but I genuinely ate so much and was so satisfied for the day. Room was so clean and inviting with a very good view of the Main Street. It’s only about a 30 minute walk away from Doumo which is always great!
Amazing stay! We are visiting from Florida to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly special. I had requested a surprise for her and she absolutely loved it. Everything was perfectly arranged and exceeded my expectations. Sara, Viviana and Cristian were incredible, very kind, professional and attentive throughout our stay. Thanks guys !! The hotel is conveniently located in Milan, just three stops from Duomo station. Highly recommended.
I booked for a total of 12 nights at 7BA Hotel. I am only 2 nights into my stay, but I am pleasantly surprised. Room is modern and simple to my liking, with all necessary amenities. Oh and I love love love the high ceiling. And the breakfast, it is a generous spread with all basic food you can expect. The server here Amy is super helpful and kind. Overall I would definitely recommend anyone who is visiting Milan to give this hotel a try!
